Navigating The Application
Learn how to navigate the application and where to find all the features

The application reaches deep and wide with many corners, here is a guide to navigating it to not get lost.
The Sidebar
The sidebar (located on the left side of the screen) is the primary place to navigate the application from.
At the top of the menu are the 2 pages where you will most quickly find your relevant booking information on the day to day, The Dashboard, and the calendar.
Main links
The Dashboard
This is the first page you will be greeted with upon creating your account and any subsequent log ins. Learn more
The Calendar
The Calendar is a breakdown of all your products by date, displaying which individual events have booked products. Learn more
Custom links
Separated from the rest is the bookmarks link.
Bookmarks
Bookmarks are a custom group of pages that you can add and remove with the press of a button at any time. Beside every page in a nav link group is a bookmark icon, press this icon to add it to the bookmarks group as well for quick access. But the feature doesn't end there. You can bookmark individual funnels, bookings, and reports to be accessed from the bookmarks group so you can jump straight to them from anywhere in the application.
Bookings
There are 3 links under bookings.
All Bookings
This is the index page for all bookings that have been created under your account. By default this list is sorted by most recent and archived bookings are filtered out, but the table can be sorted by each column as well as filtered to fit your needs. Learn more
New booking
Create new bookings instantly from anywhere in the application. Learn more
Templates
Booking templates are a powerful tool that allow you to pre populate invoices and customize customer dashboards before bookings are made. Learn more
Funnels
In this menu you can access everything extends outside of the application to reach Customers and leads including Funnels and Email templates.
All Funnels
This is your index page where you can access all of your Funnels, including sorting/filtering, adding tags or quickly editing and seeing stats on individual Funnels. Learn more
New Funnel
Start building a new Funnel from anywhere in the application using the sidebar. Learn more
Email Templates
This is the home for all emails that are sent through Funnels or bookings. Create and customize here to be used throughout the application. Learn more
Products
This is where you can find all of the products in your Inventory and all associated settings
Inventory
The Inventory is your index page for all products with all the sort and filter settings you would expect, with the added ability to quick edit core values on the product without entering into the advanced editor. This is the sole location for creating and fully customizing individual products. Learn more
Categories
While building products each one must be assigned to a category, when you make a new category it can be found here and further customized for future use. Learn more
Parameters
Parameters are key to creating products that are booked as intended, though mostly they are accessed and managed within the Product builder while creating or editing products, they can be accessed and managed here. Learn more
Product Events
Product events allow you to set custom availability on products based on specific dates or season and more. You can access and manage them here or in the Product builder. Learn more
Taxes and Fees
On this page you can create and manage Fees or Taxes to be applied to products, and displayed on invoices and in reports. Learn more
Discounts
Manage the discounts that can be applied to products automatically or manually while editing invoices. Learn more
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are not accessed through the product builder like most other pages in this group, they can be used as products on their own. Learn more
Rules
Here is where you can manage and create new rule sets. Rule sets can be applied primarily through product events and discounts. Learn more
Reports
See accurate data on money moving through your business, and on products for metrics and performance or to be printed for day to day internal use.
Taxes Report
Get a report on the taxes charged on each individual bookings, with columns for every tax or fee and a row displaying totals.
Transactions report
Generate a report that displays all transactions through a specified date range. Learn more
Sales Reports
Sales reports cover the same sets of data but are broken down by different metrics, currently only available metrics are Bookings and Products with more on the way. Learn more
Timeslots Report
Generate a report on booked timeslots, displaying a table for each week of a specified timeframe and the number of parameters booked per day.
Day Report
View a list of all products being checked in or checked out for the given date.
Revenue Report
Generate a report on the revenue generated within a specific time range. Learn more
Account Activity
See the activity from all users, whether staff or customer, across your entire account. Learn more
Manage
Here's where you can access settings and features that affect all aspects of the application and your account.
Users
View a list of all Customer users, with access to view and edit their information and connected bookings. Learn more
Staff
View a list of all staff users connected to your account, where you can manage access, information and permissions. Learn more
Statuses
Create and customize statuses that can be applied to bookings. Learn more
Payment Settings
Manage payment settings that can be applied to booking templates and individual bookings. Learn more
Tags
Manage tags that can be applied to Funnels, assets, products, and more to sort, search and filter by. Learn more
Assets
Add images, icons, PDFs, and videos to the asset library to be used in all areas of the application. Learn more
Asset Collections
Asset collections are a group of one asset type that can be used in specific places throughout the application to give customers a visual list of different aspects of products and more. Learn more

The Top bar
The top bar is where you can access the application search bar to find specific bookings, products, Funnels, and more, and where you can access account settings and profile settings for the logged in user, and switch account or log out.
