Learn how to use the Revenue report

Last Update 10 месяцев назад

The Revenue report gives a quick snapshot of the payments you have received by the month, including a visual of revenue volume over time.
  • Gift certificate usage, such as gift certificate redemptions or refunds, is not included in the Revenue report totals. As a result, totals may be less than the Transactions report, which includes gift certificate usage.
  • Void bookings only display within the Revenue report if they are POS payments that have been voided. Void payments are deleted after 30 days.

Filtering by date

By default, the report shows you the Last 12 months, which can easily be modified by clicking on the Date drop-down above the Date column and selecting another preset period.

The date filter preset options provided include This month, Last month, Last 3 months, Last 6 Months, and All bookings.

You can report on a select date or date range by choosing the Custom option. This opens a date selector from which you can select a specific date or date range.

Understanding report columns

Your Revenue report is divided into the following columns:

This is the month for the particular line of sales numbers you are currently looking at.

Refunds

Total of any refunds made during the month in question.

Taxes and fees

All of the taxes and fees in your account will have their own column.

Total

Difference between the payments received and refunds given for the month in question.
