There are many reports and tools to help you analyze and act on your bookings and payment data.

Account Activity

The Account Activity report is most commonly used for monitoring account activity and troubleshooting. The report is a detailed journal of the events that occur in your system.

Use this report to review Staff and Customer activity, including locating and identifying problems that might occur during regular system usage.


Features
  • Report on activity by Date, Source, Class, Event, ID, and Message.
  • Filter by Date, Source, Event/class, Priority, or Search.
  • Export to MS Excel (.XLSX), CSV, PDF or XML.

Important to Note

  • Staff changes to Time Slots for Item Events are not logged.
  • Deleted Notes are not copied to the log.

Revenue

The Revenue report is most commonly used to report on payments received over time. Use this report to view the money you have received for each booking.


Features
  • Includes bar chart of Revenue over time.
  • Report on the number of Transactions, Payments, Refunds and Totals by Date.
  • Export to MS Excel (.XLSX), CSV, PDF or XML.

Important to Note

  • This report is based on your transactions and each month’s Transaction Report.
  • Gift Certificate usage, such as Gift Certificate redemptions or refunds, is not included in the Revenue report totals. As a result, totals may be less than the Transactions report, including Gift Certificate usage.
  • Void bookings only display within the Revenue report if they are POS payments that have been voided. Void payments are deleted after 30 days.

Sales

The Sales report is most commonly used to report sales numbers from 2 perspectives, and more available in future releases. Use this report to view Sales numbers and trends over time, based on sums of Booking Products.


Features
  • Report on Product Quantity, Discounts applied, Gross Sales, Net Sales, Total Paid, and Balance Owing data.
  • Report on a Date Source of Created, Starts, or Ends to isolate bookings to suit your Tax reporting needs.
  • Filter by Date Source, Date, Staff member, Category, and Item/Product ID.
  • Export to MS Excel (.XLSX), CSV, PDF or XML.

Important to Note

  • Includes bookings that are Paid fully, Paid partially, and unpaid.
  • Excludes Cancellations, Void bookings, and Pre-Bookings

Transaction

The Transaction report is commonly used to report on payments received through Payment Providers or other methods. Use this report to view a list of your transactions based on date range, traffic source, or transaction type.


Features
  • Report on transaction amounts collected, regardless of when the bookings took place.
  • Report on Total amounts paid through your Payment Provider.
  • Filter by Date, Payment Type, Event, Staff Category, and keyword Search.
  • Export to MS Excel (.XLSX), CSV, PDF or XML.

Important to Note

  • The breakdown of Fees or Taxes is not available within this report. Please consult the Booking Sales and Booking Index reports for this information.
