The Calendar gives you a view of all products and if they're booked in a specified date range. When a product is booked a colored band will span the length of the dates it is booked for in the row for that product, with label detailing the customer booked and the applicable unique inventory.

If your product is configured with a nightly allocation, then the booking overlaps slightly with the day following the last day of the booking (see the image below).

This represents the check-out day which is not part of the paid booking. That day is still available to be booked again by somebody else.

Filtering by date
You can use the date filter in the Customer Calendar to select the date your report should begin.

Click on the date filter field to open the calendar and make your selection.

Showing weeks

The weeks dropdown menu lets you choose how much data should be displayed in your report. You may choose from one to six weeks.
Filtering by category
You can select one or more categories from the Category menu to view the availability of the products for select categories.
Showing empty inventory

Selecting Hide Empty Products populates the calendar with products that have bookings for the period selected.

Unchecking this option shows all products on the calendar, whether they have a booking or not.
