Data columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order to help you isolate records, such as those processed through third-party providers.
Using the Date filter you can view results by date range - All, Today, Yesterday, Last week, Last 7 days, Last month, Last 30 days, All - past, Tomorrow, This week, This month, Next 7 days, Next 30 days, or All - upcoming bookings.
You can also filter by Custom dates, with the option to select a specific start and end date for the report.
Select All dates to view all bookings in the system, limit it to All - past bookings if you are looking for all historical bookings, or limit it to All - upcoming bookings to see what's coming up.
By default, the Booking Index displays bookings for the Next 30 days.
Filtering by category
The Category filter allows you to display bookings with a specific category (or categories). Open the menu to select one or more categories to report on.
A Search field within the filter allows you to enter the category's name (or a few letters) to help you find that elusive category.
You can clear your choice by clicking on the X next to the category list.

The Status filter allows you to display bookings with a specific status (or statuses). Potential statuses include Pending, Deposit, Paid, Quote, Draft, Archived, and other integration-specific or custom statuses, depending on your configuration and booking history.
Open the menu to select one or more statuses to report on.
Search by the status's name (or a few letters) to isolate the status(es) you need.
You can clear your choice by clicking the X next to the list of selected statuses.
Do you need to find an incomplete booking? You can filter the Booking Index by Status to view all your Archived and Draft bookings.
