The Staff dashboard is the first thing you'll see when you log in as a Staff/Admin user. Here you can access some of your Funnels and view bookings and their critical information, sorted into customizable columns, and view global stats on funnels and bookings.

Recent Funnels (or a custom collection)

At the top of your dashboard (yoursite.everybooking.com/) you will see a section for funnels.

By default these Funnels are sorted by last updated (Recent), so you can quickly access funnels you've most recently worked on. When you add tags to a Funnel those tags will appear along the top of the funnels section on the dashboard so you can set custom categories to quickly sort and access funnels by.

Booking Columns

Booking Columns are a powerful way to track the journey of bookings from a lead to day of and beyond. The columns each have conditional logic for when bookings are displayed within them so as conditions are met, bookings will move through the columns representative of where they are at in the booking journey.

By default you have 6 columns to help you manage bookings through every stage and prevent details (and future business) from falling through the cracks. Each column (excluding the first) is customizable and you can even add additional columns to allow even more control over the booking journey.

Stats

(Some of these features are a work in progress and will be available in full release)

At the bottom of your dashboard you can see stats on the traffic performance of all funnels. In this area each card is broken down into the origin of the traffic for all Funnels allowing you to see what avenues are giving you the best ROI.

You can also see how individual booking types perform in comparison to each other allowing you to determine how to allocate and prioritize your resources.
