Pre defined columns
When you create an account your account is automatically pre loaded with 6 columns, aside from the first column these can be fully customized to tailor meet your needs. Here we will take a look at what each column is and it's function (Before being customized).

Funnel Responses
This column is locked for editing. Unlike other columns the data displayed here is not bookings but responses from when a customer completes or reaches a certain step in a Funnel.
Not every Funnel ends with the creation of a booking. Some times a funnel exists to collect data or act as a survey, and the information from these Funnels is collected here to be followed up on.

Unconfirmed Bookings
This column displays all bookings that have not been confirmed. In this case a booking is confirmed either through a staff users direct input or through choices made in a Funnel that allow for confirmation to be skipped or if a deposit or payment has been made on the booking.
That's a little vague so let's get in to the specifics. Unconfirmed bookings have the status of either Draft or Quote, meaning the do not hold inventory. To confirm a booking on the Staff side, users can change the status to pending or any custom status that meets the conditions of the following columns.
Utilizing statuses, "Confirmed" Bookings can also be created through funnels without requiring deposits or action from staff users.
Learn more about statuses and holding inventory here:

Booking onboarding
Bookings in this column have been confirmed but have not received full payment. This is useful for indicating all upcoming bookings where further action is required either from the customer or from staff.

Upcoming bookings
This column displays all bookings that have been paid in full and have a start date taking place any day in the future. You can also customize this column to include bookings with an active payment schedule or booking where payment will take place in person.

Current bookings
In this column you will find all confirmed bookings where today's date is within the booking's start and end date.

After event care
The after event care column is the only column that displays bookings where the start and end dates are in the past. This column allows you to manage past bookings for on site reporting or for follow up marketing to secure future events. You can remove bookings from this column by changing the status to Archived or any custom status to indicate that this booking is no longer relevant.
*Confirmed and unconfirmed are a description of conditions being met on individual bookings and not a status or unique setting to be directly altered by the user by default.
In the next article we will take a look at booking column cards and showcase how you can interact with them.
