Introduction to booking column cards
Learn about the cards for individual bookings on the dashboard

On the dashboard you will find booking columns that have cards for each booking that meets the conditions of the columns. In this article we will take a deep dive into the booking column cards and show all the actions that staff users can take.

Booking Column Cards
Each column features cards that display the same information on the bookings they contain with the exception of the Funnel responses column which displays unique information, more on that below. Here we will take a look at each of the features you will find on the booking column cards.

Status
At the top of the card you will see the status of the booking, this is also a dropdown, allowing you to change the current status of the booking in real time without needing to navigate to any other page

Event Title
Below the status is name of the event that is given by the user or created dynamically using information provided in the Funnel. You can also click on the event name to access the Staff booking view.

Customer Details
Under the Event title is the customer details button, this button displays the customers name and when pressed opens a small popup with the customer information including:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Company name
- Address
Clicking on any of these fields will copy them to your clipboard, allowing you to paste anywhere you may need.

Send Email
Beside the customer details button is the send email button, which opens a modal to quickly send any an email using Email Templates to the email associated with the booking.

Start and End Dates
The start and end date respectively are displayed beneath the customer details button, allowing you to quickly see when a booking takes place.

Price and Amount Due
Under the dates you will find the amount due and total amount of a booking.
If the booking has been paid in full the amount due line will read as "paid" in green text.

Sub invoices
Beside the price is a button that displays the amount of sub invoices in the booking, clicking on it will take you straight into the people tab of the staff booking view.

Action bar
At the bottom of the booking card is the action bar which has several icons that allow you to take quick actions on the booking and a menu of other available actions
These are the actions available from left to right:
- View Invoice - This takes you to the Staff booking view
- View Customer Dashboard - This takes you to the Customer dashboard with special admin features unlocked
- Edit Funnel - Quick access to the Funnel that generated the booking so you can make any necessary adjustments in an instant
- Copy Funnel Link - This gives you the link to the Funnel that generated the booking so you can quickly send to another customer to make their own booking.
- Archive booking - Archive the booking to take it out of the bookings columns. (Archived bookings can still be viewed in Bookings > All Bookings)
