Creating Forms

When you design a funnel with the editor, you can add forms to it. Drag & drop the Form element to the editor canvas. In the sidebar, you'll first see some formatting options:

Below you'll see several sections you can use to customize form elements:

• Width settings
• Manage fields
• Enable labels

These options are all specific to the form element. Let's take a closer look at the options found for each element.

The Manage fields option allows you to select different fields for your form. You can use up to twelve form fields. The following types of fields are currently available:

• First name
• Last name
• Email Address*
• Phone Number

• Website URL

• Company Name

• Your Professional Title

• Your Address

• Your City

• Your State

• Your Zip Code

• Your Country

*At least one email field is required on your form.
