Closing your account
Learn how to close your account and contact Billing if needed.

We cannot close your account on your behalf, so please begin the closure of your account.
Before proceeding, we recommend you back up your data and any invoices for tax purposes.
- Open the dropdown menu from your Profile photo at the top right-hand side of any page.
- Select Account.
- Choose to Delete Account from below the Check in/out time options.
- If you are positive that you want to close your account, then select It's okay, I want to close my account.
