Sending an update by email

You can send a plain text email that includes the updated invoice by following these steps:

1. When viewing a booking invoice, e.g. from Bookings > All Bookings, select the Email button from the top action menu.
2. From the Email Customer modal, select the recipient (To), sender (From), and Subject for the message. There is also a box to input your Message before sending it on its way.


3. When done setting up the email, select the Include invoice in email option before clicking Send. This option adds the updated invoice to the email you send your Customer.
